A young man attended the 2009 Spring Meeting and truly touched the hearts of many.  This young man is only 8 years old and is overcoming some very big obstacles in his life.  Gary Knapp, president of the WVBHA, was truly inspired by this young man and is currently working with Chris Ryan and the WVDNR as well as the WV Governor's office to set this young man up with quite an experience.   Once further information becomes available, it will be provided.  Please check back!  Thank you Gary--This young man and all of our youth are what we all keep fighting for.
